Having had the chance to live in the French capital for half a year, this writer had a slightly different insight into the pearl of France than the usual experience the hordes of bum bagged-up American tourists enjoy. Forget Le Tour Eiffel and Les Champs Elysees for the real Paris you have to dig a little deeper. Seek and Ye shall find.

CLUBS - Any self respecting Parisian House Head will tell you THE place to cut the rug on a Saturday night is “Cheers”@ La Coupole , this intimate underground little venue which doubles up as the dining suite for the 5 star restaurant is the epicentre of the Parisian House scene. Past guests such as Spen & Karizma, the Yellorange mob and Masters at Work are ably supported by promoters and residents Sven Love and Greg Gaultier, also, expect live PA’s from the likes of Chance and Kenny Bobien. The vibe is Lamerica-esque and watch out for the B-boys break dancing too!
